Alex Randazzo played Billy Bannister in the low budget Raising Dragons film and also directed the film alongside Cheryl Berner. Randazzo was also involved in the screenplay, script, filming, and editing. Rebecca Nelson, who plays Bonnie Silver in the movie, got the part because Alex knew her from a play they had previously acted in together.
